Several girls in our 180 group have discovered the importance of spending time alone with God and becoming doers of what He teaches them. They want to offer an opportunity to any girl that wants to join in, to log onto this site each day and learn with them.

Ever wondered what to read in the Bible? Or better yet, what something in the Bible means? Well join us each day, right here, and we will walk through God's Word together:)

Praises

We often go to God when we are having trouble.  But, we fail to remember Him when things are going well.  Simply doing these daily Bible studies is changing that though.  There is still something else we need to do to run this race well.

We need to start recognizing God's goodness and keeping record of it every day.  In times when you are down in the dumps (depressed) it is hard to recall God's amazing grace in yours and others lives.  

Grace = God's kindness that you and I don't deserve

 So today, for Day #10, we will begin.  Each day, I would like for us to put 1 thing down in the box below that you are thankful for.  Be specific:)  Everyday needs to be something new.

THANKFULNESS and SELFISHNESS CAN NOT LIVE IN THE SAME HEART!!!

    So thankful for sweet friends. We had a visit from a wonderful family that used to go to our church today. Their kids got to swim with our kids and play. We ate lunch and watched a movie together. Awesome day!!

    I just watched Soul Surfer again (my second time) and relized how grateful I should be! This girl (Bethany Hamilton) lost her arm and thought it was pretty much the end of the world becauses of the everyday challenges she faced. Finally she became aware of how grateful she should really be and not let those little things shake her up. What I am trying to say is that we all have struggles, some grater than others, but that shouldn't stop us. Like Bethany, we should call to God for help and he will provide.

    I'm thankful that my doesn't have cancer cause she went to the doctor and noticed some abnormal things but I'm so thankful that is wasn't cancer and that I can have a healthy and Godly loving family and great Godly loving friends! !!<3

    Today, in drivers ed, they showed us videos about how tragically fatal drunk driving accidents can be. I am thankful that I have never lost anyone to a drunk driver, or any other car accident.

    So we just got back from Mission Arlington last night. It was an amazing yet convicting week. The people we were working with didn't have much. Most of them didn't know Christ so most of the children weren't raised in a Christian home. I am thankful that I have wonderful, God-loving parents who have brought me up in church!

    So thankful for God having his way in a small thing in my life yesterday. I had a chance to cover up a mistake I had made... almost led someone to believe something that was not true, but God spoke in that still small voice, I actually listened, had self control, and let TRUTH have it's way.     So, today was See You At The Pole............we had THREE TIMES the amount of kids this year than we did last year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and there were wayyyyy more high schoolers this year than last!:D Thank You JESUS!!!!!!!!

    Sooo God supplies us everyday with stuff that we take completely for granted. For exampe, tooth brushes, there are lots of people who can't afford tooth brush and tooth paste. Thank You Jesus for my toothbrush!
